Food Service
Your enjoyment of the food served at Lake Doniphan is of prime importance to us. Our guests consistently rate our meals very highly.

Groups choose menus from our 43 selections. Special menus and dietary restrictions can be noted on the Food Service Request Form in the contract package. We prepare one entrée per mealtime as well as a vegetarian or vegan alternative, if requested. Lake Doniphan also offers full-service banquets with upgraded menu choices, table linens, and china place settings. Additional or special meals are available for an extra fee.

All meals are served in the dining room of the Main Lodge. Groups may select their mealtimes within these windows:
- Breakfast - 7:00– 9:00 a.m.
- Lunch - 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- Dinners - from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
When we have more than one group here, mealtimes are staggered by a half-hour so that groups may eat together.
The beverage bar is available on a 24-hour basis. We can also provide refreshments for your group for $1 per person per snack session.
