Tentative reservations and appointments for site visits can be made by calling the Lake Doniphan Office at (816) 630-1523 or faxing (816) 630-2224 or e-mailing info@lakedon.org. You will be penciled in for your selected dates, and a contract package will be sent.
- 2. Return Contract & Deposit

Send us your completed contract and non-refundable deposit of 10%. Once these are received in our office, your reservations will be locked in and you will receive a letter of confirmation from us.
- 3. Return Two Other Forms

Return the Meeting Facilities and Food Service forms as soon as possible to reserve meeting space and audio visual equipment, and to inform us of your menu and meal time preferences.
